This 8-day safari combines the legendary South Luangwa National Park, known as the “Valley of the Leopard,” with the dramatic beauty of the Zambezi River and the awe-inspiring Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.
You’ll spend several days in South Luangwa exploring its diverse landscapes on game drives and walking safaris, before flying to Livingstone for unforgettable river safaris and guided tours of the mighty Victoria Falls. This itinerary is designed for travelers who want a deeper, more immersive Zambian safari without feeling rushed.
Start: Lusaka International Airport (LUN) or directly to Mfuwe Airport (for South Luangwa)
End: Livingstone Airport (LVI) or Lusaka, with options to continue to Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe side)
Airport transfers and extra accommodation can be arranged pre/post safari.

Overnight at South Luangwa Lodge – Full Board.
Your first full day begins with a morning game drive at sunrise, when predators are most active. South Luangwa is famous for its dense leopard population, as well as elephants, giraffes, and hippos.
