Our 10 days Uganda and Rwanda safari starts from Uganda and ends in Rwanda taking see wildlife, visit cultural communities and safari to see gorillas. The 10 days Uganda and Rwanda safari is perfect for those who want to compare the different between uganda and Rwanda gorilla tracking. While in Rwanda you will visit the Dian Fossey tombs too and the Iby’Iwacu cultural community. This is a private tour that starts from Entebbe airport and ends at Kigali airport.
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our company driver will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Kampala (approx. 45 minutes). After checking in, enjoy a Kampala city tour, visiting landmarks such as:

After an early breakfast, drive westwards to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Along the way, stop at the Equator for photos and the water experiment, then continue to Mpambire Drum Village, famous for traditional drum-making.
Enjoy lunch en route and proceed to the park, where you’ll be welcomed by baboons and possibly spot elephants, buffalos, and antelopes. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Start your day with a morning game drive in the Kasenyi sector. Look out for lions, leopards, hyenas, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and an incredible variety of birdlife.
After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, linking Lake Edward and Lake George. Expect to see hippos, crocodiles, water birds, and other wildlife gathering at the water’s edge. Return for dinner and overnight at your lodge.
After breakfast, cross into Rwanda via the Gatuna border and continue to Volcanoes National Park, home of the mountain gorillas. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

After breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for briefing, then begin your gorilla trekking adventure. The trek may be challenging, but the reward of spending an hour with these gentle giants is unforgettable.
Enjoy your packed lunch in the forest and later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
In the morning, visit the Iby’Iwacu Cultural Village, where you’ll learn about Rwanda’s traditions, farming practices, banana wine-making, and local crafts.
After lunch, hike to the Dian Fossey Tombs—a moving experience that tells the story of her extraordinary bond with mountain gorillas. Later, drive to Gisenyi on Lake Kivu for scenic views before returning to your lodge.

This 3-day mid-range safari package is designed to offer our clients an intense taste of what Tanzania has to offer. We will experience all the excitement of an African wildlife safari in the most spectacular of landscapes. On this safari, we’ll visit Tarangire National Park, renowned for its elephant families and iconic baobab trees. Roaming onwards we experience the jewel that is Ngorongoro Crater, breathtakingly beautiful, and the best place in Tanzania to see the Big Five.
You will be picked up from the airport by a Africa Joy Tours representative and conveyed to your accommodation in Arusha. Here you will overnight, relax, and prepare in anticipation of the adventures to come. Our partner lodge, the Arusha Planet Lodge, is an oasis of calm and aesthetic pleasure.

Our safari guide will collect you from the lodge in Arusha for the drive to Tarangire National Park (approximately 2 hours). Tarangire, best known for its elephant families, savannah, iconic baobab trees, and seasonal swamps, is home to the life-giving Tarangire River. Animals gather at the river and giraffes, bushbuck, and hartebeest are often seen. The park is also home to buffalo, zebra, and wildebeest. These animals are closely attended by a range of predators, our Panthera friends, lion, and leopard. From the open roof of the truck, we will have the opportunity to absorb the landscapes and view the wildlife.
After a full day in the park, we will drive to the excellently appointed lodge (Karatu). Here we will enjoy dinner in the aesthetically delightful restaurant, relax, and spend the night in her capacious rooms.

Rise and shine! It’s an early departure for us today to the lush highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the seven wonders of Africa. Once we have reached the crater rim, we rumble down a steep track into the 600 m deep caldera, noting our passage through several climatic zones, to see a range of animals and birds. The caldera (collapsed volcano) is home to over 25,000 mammals ranging from the “Big Five”, lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard, to hippo, wildebeest, zebra, hyena, and more than 500 species of birds.
After an extensive game drive and a picnic lunch in the crater, we will return to Arusha arriving early in the evening.
