Karatu Simba Lodge features individual twin, double, and triple cottages, also known as rondavels. Each unit includes canvas walls and an attached bathroom with a shower. The rooms feature simple yet tasteful décor with handcrafted African hardwood furniture. In addition, every cottage offers a private deck furnished with safari chairs, allowing guests to relax while enjoying views of the surrounding pastoral landscape. From the deck, guests may spot baboons feeding in nearby barley fields or local herders guiding their cattle. At night, the sounds of bush babies and Montane nightjars create a peaceful atmosphere.

Furthermore, all rooms provide views of the forest, open fields, and distant hills. Local fabrics and hardwood furniture enhance the natural style, while mosquito nets cover each bed.
