How to Get There – 7 Days Tanzania Lodge Safari
This 7 Days Tanzania Lodge Safari begins and ends in Arusha or Moshi. Africa Joy Tours will assist you with selecting the right international flights, although you will book them independently. You will fly into Kilimanjaro International Airport, and a transfer can be arranged at an additional cost. Moreover, extra accommodation before or after the safari is also available upon request.
7 Days Tanzania Lodge Safari – Itinerary in Detail
Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania – Start of the 7 Days Tanzania Lodge Safari
We will arrange a private transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Tulia Hotel in Arusha. After checking in, you can relax before the pre-safari briefing later in the day, ensuring everything is well-prepared for your upcoming adventure.
Dinner and overnight at Tulia Hotel.
Day 2: Game Drive in Tarangire National Park – 7 Days Tanzania Lodge Safari
After breakfast, you will drive to Tarangire National Park. As you enter the park, you will immediately notice its massive herds of elephants, towering baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which attracts wildlife throughout the year. Because predators and grazers gather along the river, the game viewing here is exceptional.
Later, you may choose an optional night game drive, which allows you to observe nocturnal animals like civet cats, aardvarks, porcupines, and even hunting big cats.

Day 3: Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater – Continuing the 7 Days Tanzania Lodge Safari
After breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater with a packed lunch for a half-day tour. The crater shelters nearly 30,000 animals, all surrounded by the steep volcanic walls. You may spot elephants, black rhinos, lions, buffalos, hippos, and zebras. Additionally, the crater’s birdlife changes seasonally depending on the balance between soda and freshwater sources.

Day 4: Ngorongoro to Ndutu Area Game Drive
After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Ndutu, located within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This alkaline lake attracts a high concentration of wildlife, making game viewing especially rewarding. You will arrive in time for lunch before enjoying afternoon game drives in the wildlife-rich plains.

Overview
This 7 Days Classic Safari and tours in Tanzania offers the “ultimate safari” through Tanzania’s hottest Northern Parks, revolving around Ndutu (the birth place of the wildebeest) within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The highlight of this safari are going to be to experience the “Calving of Wildebeest” which only takes place once a year from January to finish of March, an exciting phenomenon to not be missed guide.

Itinerary in Details
Day 1: Arrive In Tanzania.
We will arrange a personal transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha at Tulia Hotel, where the remainder of the day is at leisure. We’ll take in the hotel for a pre-safari briefing and any detail checkup.

Day 2: Game Drive In Tarangire National Park.
Early the morning you will have breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Tarangire National park. This park in Tanzanian third largest national park and it is characterized by the amazingly large herds of elephants that can be encountered in this park. The park is famous with its big Baobab trees are one of the other highlights of Tarangire national park and the Tarangire River that flows all year round is the life blood of the park. Lot of animals like predators and the preys alike gather around the river where you can do excellent game viewing. Overnight is at Tarangire baobab tented camp inside the park.
Not only do night game drives allow you to observe nocturnal animals such as porcupines, civet cats, and aardvarks, they are also a fantastic way to see nocturnal predators and herbivores in their element. Big cats such as leopards and lions do much of their hunting after dark, while hippopotamus trade their watery homes for grazing out on the plains.

Day 3: Tarangire To Ngorongoro Crater.
After breakfast descend for the crater floor with packed lunch for half each day crater tour. Offers shelter to almost 30.000 animals in a neighborhood naturally enclosed by the slopes of the volcano. The Crater elephants are strangely, mainly bulls. There’s a little number of black rhino. Day 6: Another Full Day Game Drive And Hot Balloon Safari At Ndutu Area.
Enjoy extensive game drives within the reserve with the vehicle & guide at your disposal throughout the day. Your period of travel falls during the calving of wildebeest season and you’ll have an opportunity to witness this great phenomenon of birth.
In the afternoon we travel back to Arusha for a night.

Day 7: Arusha To Kilimanjaro International Airport.
After breakfast you can go shopping in town or relax at the hotel (time permitting). You will then be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home.
