This 10 –day Kenya & Tanzania Wildebeest Migration explores the best of East Africa with the combination of the capital city of Nairobi and three prime game-viewing reserves.

Day 01: Arrival Nairobi International Airport – Nairobi.
Upon arrival at Jommo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be met by AJT Ltd Customer Care Representative who will assist you with the transfer to your hotel. Before checking into the hotel, our representative will brief you on your upcoming safari and introduce you to the driver-guide who will be with you throughout your stay. Day 02: Naboishu Conservancy Masai Mara, Game drives, Great Migration
Early breakfast, pick up from Hotel and short transfer to Nairobi Wilson Airport in time for check in for SAFARI Link scheduled flight to Mara Ol Seki Airstrip. On arrival, you will be met and transferred by road to the camp for Hot Lunch. Later, you will venture out on your first evening game drive in the African bush. Night drives are perfect for spotting the big cats and other nocturnal species. Game drives are operated in seven-seater open game-viewing vehicles or closed vehicles that seat five people. Day 03: Naboishu Conservancy Masai Mara, Walking Safaris, bird watching,
Rise early with tea or coffee brought to your tent then set off as the sun rises for a wilderness awakening game drive. The verdant plains host a fabulous array of plains game such as gazelles, impala, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest and eland. Never far away are the predators such as lion, cheetah, leopard and hyena, which our guides are finely tuned to finding. Enjoy a picnic breakfast in the most magnificent outdoor setting on the plains before winding your way back to camp. After a leisurely al-fresco lunch back at camp, relax, read, watch the resident birdlife or enjoy a siesta in your tent. Afternoon tea is followed by game driving in another area of the conservancy where you may see jackals roaming, warthog bathing or impala jousting. Sundowner drinks are served in a picturesque spot as you watch the sun sink below the horizon. Day 04 – 5: Naboishu Conservancy Masai Mara
Village visits, bush dining and romantic sundowner during sunsets.
Today is an opportunity for a full day outing to explore the further reaches of the Conservancy or, if during the migration season, the Reserve. Breakfast will be served in camp before setting off with your guide into new terrain. On the menu today you may encounter a cheetah stalk an unsuspecting Thompson gazelle, watch hippo bathe alongside crocodile in the river or watch a territorial wildebeest chase off his rivals. Pull up at a shaded spot and watch as your picnic lunch unfolds before you. In the afternoon continue traversing the magnificent terrain and witness the never-ending interactions on the plains. You may finish the day watching the fascinating interactions of one of our lion prides with lionesses lolling about, cubs playing and the males emitting thunderous roars.

Day 06: Central Serengeti to see Mammals & Big cats
After a sumptuous breakfast, you will transfer by road to the Mara Ol Seki Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Seronera Airstrip. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your Lodge.
Later, you will venture out on an evening game drive to explore the world’s most celebrated wilderness area. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, Dinner and overnight Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge
These islands in the sea of grass are formed as the top soil comprising of rock and ash is eroded exposing the covered layer of metamorphic rock. These exposed rock forms “kopjes” are round as a result of spherical wind weathering. The national park covers an area of 14800 square kilometers most of which is grass plains. These rich grass plains a result of ash deposited by volcanic eruptions, and is home to 3 million animals. Within these grass plains the scattered kopjes act as a heaven for animals from grass fires, predators and the heat. The game drives in this park are exceptional and game viewing incredible. This park offers the best opportunity of viewing Cheetah, Leopards and Lions.
Day 07-8: Northern Serengeti to see the Wildebeest Migration.
Early breakfast, today we start with another game drive through the Northern Serengeti and head to the Mara River, time to watch the wildebeest migration as the dominated by the Mara River, Groaning with crocs and hippos, this area is great for elephant, big herds buffalo, lion, cheetah as well as leopard in the many kopjes that make this landscape so distinctive. Also look out for small Oribi, which thrives in this area, but is otherwise extremely scarce in northern Tanzania generally. Sunset game drives to see the wildebeest that are the stars of the Serengeti Annual Migration, Fine linens, finer dining and a touch of nomadic romance are the hallmarks of this authentic East African safari lodge. Day 09: Olduvai George – Masai Village Cultural – Ngorongoro Highland’s.
Breakfast, with picnic lunch’s drive to Ngorongoro Highlands. A brief visit en route to Olduvai Gorge, which is often referred to as ‘The Cradle of Mankind’ and is one of the most important prehistoric sites in the world. Enjoy your Lunch at Olduvai George. Stop at Land of the Maasai—the iconic pastorals of the East African savanna, known for their scarlet robes, their beadwork, and their legendary ceremonies. Pay a visit to a Maasai Manyatta, or village, where we’ll be greeted with a foot-stomping, high-jumping welcome dance. Immerse yourself in their world, learning about their customs. Meet the village elders, visit homes, and take part in a memorable cultural exchange. Overnight at Ngorongoro Highland’s Camp
Day 10: Ngorongoro Crater Africa’s “Garden of Eden”-
Early breakfast and drive the short distance to Ngorongoro Loduare gate and today you will explore today you will explore the famous Ngorongoro Crater during a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the Ngorongoro Crater often described as one of the wonders of the world. It is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s densest animal populations. It is one of the few places where the rare black rhino can be observed in their natural setting. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. With a bit of luck the ‘Big Five’ can be spotted during one game drive only. After lunch we transfer drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport in time for check in for departure flight or at your lodge in Arusha .
